1. The service

Garden Pomo is a free, browser-based Pomodoro timer. We provide it as-is, without any warranty. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You can use Garden Pomo for personal study, work, or focus. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
• Reverse-engineer the site to extract or republish content as your own product
• Use automated tools to scrape or repeatedly hit the page beyond normal browsing
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

3. Your data

Your tasks, streaks, and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. We don't have access to them. Backing up or exporting that data is your responsibility, and clearing browser storage will erase it.

4. Intellectual property

The Garden Pomo name, logo, design, and code are owned by us. You're welcome to link to the site and recommend it. You may not copy the site and republish it as your own.

5. Third-party content

If we add advertising in the future, ads come from third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We aren't responsible for the content of ads or the sites they link to.

6. Limitation of liability

Garden Pomo is provided as-is. We aren't liable for missed deadlines, lost work, or any other consequence of using or not being able to use the timer. Use it as a tool, not a system of record.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. The current version was last updated on June 23, 2026.
