What we respond to
- Bug reports: usually within 48 hours
- Feature suggestions: we read all of them, even if we don't always reply
- Translation corrections: if a phrase reads oddly in your language, please tell us
- Press and partnership inquiries
What we don't do
Garden Pomo doesn't have accounts, so we can't help with login issues, password resets, or syncing data between devices, as none of those exist on our side. If your tasks vanished, it's almost always because browser storage was cleared. We don't have a copy.
